Early and late arrivals: Shift workers returning at 2am or leaving at 4am need accommodation with no restrictions on arrival or departure times. Generator and power systems specialists: Often brought in on a mobilise-test-sign-off cycle that is not always predictable. Accommodation for these teams needs to be flexible, the testing schedule may slip, and the crew may need to extend at short notice. Cooling and HVAC specialists: Cooling systems installation is one of the most technically intensive phases of a data centre build. Avoid fixed-term contracts with hard exit dates and no break mechanism.
Account for multiple packages: A large hyperscaler build may have 10 or more active Tier 2 packages running concurrently.
